Highlights
The platform is equipped with two CFP2 interfaces on the line side, which can be configured for 1x200G or 2x100G.
On the client side, the platform is equipped with 16 SFP ports and two xQSFP28 ports, which support speeds of 10G, 40G and 100G.
Client ports support FiberChannel transmission over 8/10/16/32GFC.
The equipment can be used in 24 different applications; Network planners can use the platform in a variety of solutions, including transponder mode, muxponder mode, and mixed transponder/muxponder mode.
The N3-8600-I-XT4D is easily configured to any operating mode using software to build or expand 100G networks.
The platform is fully compatible with ITU-T recommendations, such as ITU-T G.709, G.798, etc.; can be controlled remotely using the OTN GCC standard.
